360 Reviews/Evaluations.

We begin with a comprehensive performance and behavior review of the subject(s) by interviewing and surveying direct reports, indirect reports, colleagues, peers, and supervisors.

Following this, a thorough report will be furnished, relaying information gathered from interviewees, as well as the subject, and, if requested, detailed coaching strategies will be provided.

Mediation.

Mediation is a flexible dispute resolution process in which an impartial professional mediator facilitates negotiations between parties to help them devise their own mutually acceptable solutions. We will ask questions, reframe issues, assist the parties to understand each other, and help identify solutions.
